Choose which modules your team sees
Hide the parts of Verbial your agency does not use, or keep them for admins only, so everyone's sidebar shows just the work that matters.
Not every agency runs commissions, payroll, vendor payments or client reports. Settings lets an admin decide, module by module, whether the team sees it at all.
Steps
- Open Settings and choose the Modules tab.
- For each module pick Everyone, Admins only, or Hidden.
- Admins only keeps the module for workspace admins while it disappears for everyone else. Hidden removes it for admins too.
- Click Save changes. People see the new layout on their next page load.
What you can switch
Time tracking, budgets and allocations, estimates, proposals and pipeline, CRM marketing, workflows, CRM reports, commissions, invoices and payments, usage statements, vendor payments, payroll, client reports, profitability, and Connect Claude. The CRM switch at the top of the page is the master switch for the whole CRM.
Start narrow. Most agencies keep Commissions, Payroll and Profitability on Admins only, then open them up once the people who run them are ready.
Questions
Does hiding a module delete anything?
No. It removes the module from the sidebar, search and the command palette for the people you choose. Switching it back on restores it exactly.
Does showing a module give people new permissions?
No. Visibility and access are separate. Roles and capabilities still decide who can open each page.
What if my plan does not include a module?
It stays off regardless of this setting. Upgrade under Settings, then Account and billing.
