Full seats and contributors
Starter, Growth and Pro require at least three full seats. Contributor seats do not count toward the minimum. You can add up to three contributors per full seat.
Contributors only track time against assigned work. Budgets, financials, reports, clients and other people’s time stay private. Contributors do not receive AI credits or AI access.
Seat prices
Current pricing lists full-seat and contributor rates and annual billing. Contributor prices are the same on every plan.
Additional brands
Every plan includes one brand. Pro can add more as a paid add-on, each with its own identity, domain and signing flow. Starter and Growth do not offer this add-on; Enterprise includes unlimited brands and intercompany operations. Sharing with clients
Send a project view, report or invoice by link. Clients never need an account, login or seat, and sharing is always free.
