Manage seats and add-ons
How seats are counted and billed, how to stay under a plan's ceiling, and how to add CRM, reporting, profitability, API, white label, or brands.
Seats and add-ons are the two levers on your bill beyond the plan itself. This article explains both and where to change them.
Seats
- Go to Settings, then Account & billing, then Overview. Seats shows active people against what the plan includes.
- Invite people from Team. Each invite counts a seat at once; the invite is refused if it would cross the plan's ceiling.
- Archive people you no longer need from Team. Archived users do not count and cannot sign in.
- Extra seats bill at the plan's per-seat price on the next invoice, prorated.

Add-ons
- On the Billing tab, scroll to Add-ons.
- Click Add next to the module. It becomes a line on the same subscription, billed monthly or annually with the plan.
- Remove it from the same panel. The module's data stays; access to its pages ends at the period end.

Annual pricing for add-ons is about 17% lower.
What to check
- Starter includes one brand and Growth three. Add brands under Settings, then Brands, once the add-on or plan allows.
- Features currently in beta, such as workflows, campaigns, booking, and the migration hub, do not appear on the price list even when switched on for your workspace.

Questions
When is a seat billed?
Each active, non-archived user beyond the plan's included seats is billed at the per-seat price. Roster changes update the subscription quantity automatically.
Can I buy an add-on my plan already includes?
No. Only add-ons that would add something to your plan are offered. Scale includes every module add-on, so only Additional brand appears there.
Is payroll available?
Payroll is not sold yet.
