Choose a plan and start a subscription
Compare Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise, pick monthly or annual billing, and check out from Settings, then Account & billing.
Settings, then Account & billing, is where the workspace's relationship with Verbial lives. This article compares the plans and starts a subscription. Only admins can open the page.

Annual billing is roughly 17% lower: $65, $207, and $540 a month equivalent, with cheaper extra seats.
Steps
- Go to Settings, then Account & billing, then Billing.
- Switch between Monthly and Yearly. Each plan shows its price, included seats, per-seat price, seat ceiling, and an estimate at your current headcount.
- Click Start subscription on the plan you want. Stripe checkout opens; you return to the page when it completes.
- The Overview tab now shows the plan, status, renewal date, seats used against included, and the modules the plan includes.
- Need a dedicated region, an SLA, or more than Scale offers? Enterprise is priced per agreement and has no self-serve checkout; ask from your workspace and the team will set it up.
What to check
- A plan with a seat ceiling cannot be chosen while your active team is larger than it allows. Archive people or pick a larger plan.
- Receipts for every charge are listed under Invoice history with a PDF link.
- Modules missing from a plan can be bought as add-ons. See Manage seats and add-ons.
- When a page says a module is not included in your plan, that is the plan, not a permissions problem.
Questions
What happens when the 14-day trial ends without a plan?
The workspace turns read-only. Everyone can look, nobody can change anything, until an admin chooses a plan. Nothing is deleted.
How much does annual billing save?
Roughly 17%, shown on each plan as the monthly-equivalent price billed annually.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Click Switch to on another plan from the Billing tab. The difference for the current period is prorated on the next invoice.
