Collect payment by card, bank transfer, or stablecoin
Set up the pay link clients use, accept card, wire or ACH, USDC or USDT, send reminders, and issue receipts on confirmation.
Every sent invoice has a public pay link on the brand's domain. The client views the PDF, sees the payment options you configured, and submits a payment for your team to confirm. This article sets it up and runs it.
Configure the brand's payment details
- Go to Settings, then Brands, and open the brand.
- Under Bank wire / ACH details, enter account name, bank name, routing number, account number, and SWIFT code.
- Under Payment wallets, enter the USDC and USDT wallet addresses and the network.
- Save. These details print on invoice PDFs and appear on the pay page.
Card payments run through Stripe when checkout is configured on the platform.
What the client does
- Opens the link from the invoice email.
- Views or downloads the PDF.
- Chooses a method, pays by card, or sends a wire, ACH, or stablecoin transfer.
- Submits the payment on the page with the transaction id or wire reference, an optional screenshot, and a comment.
Confirm the payment
- Go to Billing, then Payments, and filter to Pending.
- Click the row to see method, reference, screenshot, and comment.
- Verify the money arrived.
- Click Confirm. The payment applies to the invoice, which moves to Paid or Partially paid, and a receipt email goes to the client. Click Reject if it does not check out; the client can resubmit.
Confirming is available to admins, account directors, and the salesperson who owns the deal.
Reminders
Open an invoice in Sent, Viewed, Partially paid, or Overdue status and click Remind. The reminder goes out from the brand with the pay link. Overdue invoices also surface as dashboard action items.
What to check
- A payment can never exceed the invoice's remaining balance. Record at most what is outstanding.
- Record the gross amount when a processor takes a fee; book the fee separately in accounting.
- Proposal payments follow the same model: a signer's payment submission waits for confirmation. See Set up e-signature and agreements.
Questions
Does a client's payment submission mark the invoice paid?
No. It creates a pending payment. An admin, bookkeeper, or account director verifies the wire reference or on-chain transaction, then confirms. Only then does the invoice move to Paid.
Which stablecoins are accepted?
USDC and USDT at one dollar per token, to the wallet addresses set on the brand.
When does the client get a receipt?
When the payment is confirmed. The receipt email carries the brand's identity and is logged in the CRM like an invoice send.
