Run every agency you own from one account.
Separate brands, clients and invoicing for each agency. One login and one view of profit across all of them. Verbial is software for running multiple agencies from one account. Each agency keeps its own name, clients, proposals and invoices in front of its clients. Your team signs in once, and you see margin by client and by person across every brand.
An illustration, not a customer.
Who it's for
For owners with more than one agency.
Two or three agencies, each with its own name and clients, run by the same people.
Several agencies under one owner, each still trading under its own brand.
A second brand for a new market or a partner. Not a second set of tools.
Why it matters
A second agency usually means a second set of everything.
No second CRM, time tracker and invoicing tool for the new brand.
People who work across brands sign in once.
Margin by client and by person, across every brand, in one account.
How it works
Add a brand. Run it with everything else.
- Add a brand
Name it in settings. Each brand after the first is an add-on to your plan.
- Give it its own identity
Its logo, color, domain, sending address, contract signer and bank details.
- Work in one brand or all of them
Deals, proposals, invoices, clients and projects each filter by brand.
- See the results
Group pipeline reports by brand. Run client P&L for one brand or every brand.
What each brand gets
Separate where clients look. Shared where your team works.
- Clients and projects
- Contacts, deals and pipelines
- Proposals and contracts, signed by its own signer
- Invoices with its own logo and payment details
- Client portal, reports, booking links and forms, under its name and domain
- Its own sending address for email
- Your team, with one login each
- Time tracking and timesheets
- Cost rates and payroll costs
- Service items, offered by the brands you choose
- Pipelines, when you want two brands to share one
Limit a rep to the brands they sell for. Admins see every brand.
Profitability
Know which clients make money, across every agency.
Every brand's clients sit in the same profitability view. See margin by client and by person while the month is still running, then run client P&L for one brand or the whole group.
Which accounts carry the group and which ones quietly lose money.
Who delivers the margin, even when they work across brands.
Limit the report to one agency, or run it for all of them.

Pricing
One brand comes with every plan.
Each extra brand is $50 a month, or $41 a month billed yearly. No platform fee and no seat minimum: you pay per seat, starting with one. Enterprise sets its brands in the contract.

Harbor Group: three agencies, one account.
An illustration, not a customer.
Media relations retainers. Its own domain, signer and bank details.
Social retainers, sold by its own reps, who see only Tidewater.
SEO projects, staffed partly by Harbor PR's strategists.
The strategists log time to Lantern's clients with the same login. Their cost lands on those clients, so Lantern's margin is real, not flattered by borrowed hours.
Common questions
Can my staff work across brands?
Yes. Each person has one login and can belong to several brands, and their time lands on whichever client they work for. Admins see every brand; you can limit other roles to the brands they work in.
Do clients see my other brands?
No. Proposals, invoices, the client portal, reports, booking links and forms show only the brand that owns them, on that brand's own domain when you set one.
Are invoices kept separate?
Each invoice belongs to one brand and carries its name, logo and payment details, and a client is only invoiced by the brand it belongs to. Invoice numbers run in one sequence across the account.
What does an extra brand cost?
One brand comes with every plan. Each extra brand is $50 a month, or $41 a month billed yearly, on Basic and Pro. Enterprise sets its brands in the contract.
Can I keep each agency in its own account instead?
Yes. One person can belong to several separate accounts and picks one when they sign in. Each account is billed on its own, and margin is not combined across them.
Which numbers can I see across every brand?
Margin by client and by person covers every brand's clients. Pipeline reports group by brand, and client P&L runs for one brand or all of them.
