How do I connect QuickBooks Online to Verbial?

An admin turns the hand-off on once. From then on it runs on every invoice your team marks paid, with no month-end export to remember.

  1. An admin connects QuickBooks Online

    One admin sets the accounting hand-off up for the whole workspace. Nobody on the delivery side has to touch it again.

  2. Record payments as they land

    Open the invoice, click Record payment, and enter the amount, the date it hit the bank, the method and a reference. The invoice moves to paid and the hand-off runs.

  3. Check it at month end

    Settings, then Platform health, shows whether the hand-off is live and when it last wrote. Admins are told when something fails rather than finding out weeks later.
