White label client pages and use your own domain

Put your fonts, colours, logo, and footer on every client-facing page and email, and serve reports and the portal from your own hostname.

White label lives on each brand, so a two-brand agency themes each independently. This article sets the theme, then points a domain at it.

Steps

Go to Settings, then Brands, and open the brand. The primary colour and logo at the top are the starting point.
Scroll to the White label card. The preview shows a report cover, an invoice header, and an email header with your current settings.
Pick a heading and body font from the list. They load on client-facing pages only; PDFs and email keep a system font.
Set colours: secondary accent, page background, surface, text, muted text, links. Blank values derive from the primary colour, and the editor warns when a pair falls below WCAG AA contrast.
Set the button corner radius, upload a logo for dark backgrounds, a square PNG favicon, and a wide email header image.
Add footer text, website, and social links. Choose a report cover style: minimal, bold, or photo.
Add custom CSS if you need the last few pixels. It applies after everything else on client-facing pages.
Switch on Hide platform branding to remove the Powered by line.
Save.

Use your own domain for reports and the portal

In the same card, enter a hostname under Report and portal domain, for example reports.youragency.com.
At your DNS provider add a CNAME for that hostname pointing at the target shown under the field.
Wait for DNS to propagate, then open a share link to confirm. From the moment you save, new share and portal links use the hostname.

Use your own domain for the app

Go to Settings, then Account & billing, then Domains.
Under Add a custom domain enter the hostname, for example app.youragency.com.
Add the TXT record shown for verification and the CNAME shown for routing, then click Verify.

What to check

Booking pages have their own theme under Booking experience on the brand; white label adds the favicon, footer, and custom CSS on top.
Email From name and address per brand are under Email settings on the same page; the sending domain must be verified with the email provider or mail will bounce.

Which plan includes white label?

Colours, logos, footer text, and links work on every plan. Fonts, custom CSS, hiding platform branding, and a custom domain need the Agency plan or the White label add-on at $99 a month.

What is the difference between a report domain and a custom app domain?

The report and portal domain on a brand serves client-facing links. A custom app domain under Settings, then Account & billing, then Domains, serves the app itself for your team.

Why is my hostname rejected?

Only one workspace can own a hostname on the platform. Pick another if it is already in use.
